INTRODUCTION

These are the terms and conditions for Affiliate partners of holidays-abroad.com.
An affiliate will market Holidays Abroad products over the internet and in return for each subsequent booking will receive a commission from Holidays Abroad in accordance to the following terms and conditions

SIGNING UP

1. You must complete the affiliate application form on the Holidays Abroad website. We will notify you via email of our decision within 24 hours in normal working days. We reserve the right to reject or accept anyone on any grounds.
2. If you are accepted you will be notified via email and you are authorised to market our products on your supplied domain name.

DURATION

1. An initial duration of one year from the date of receiving the Affiliates username and password for the scheme. This can be terminated at anytime by either party with a termination notice period of 15 days.

DUTIES

Holidays Abroad

1. Holidays Abroad will provide you with graphics, an Iframe to integrate to your website and a username and password for commissions tracking and bookings reports.
2. Commissions will be paid monthly within 30 days of the end of each month for the previous month. However, if the Commission payable to you for any month is less than 200 euros; payment of Commission will be deferred and added to each successive month's Commission until the month when the accured total is greater or equal to 200 euros. Payment of commissions will be by bank transfer nett of costs. All affiliates must provide Holidays Abroad with valid invoices for commissions.
3. Customers booking through the Affiliate scheme will be customers of holidays-abroad.com as well as your customer.
4. All Affiliate site bookings are subject to our detailed terms and conditions for bookings and to our SOP standard Operating Procedures. Holidays Abroad reserves the right to change policies and procedures at any time and notify all Affiliates of such changes through email. All affiliates continuing with the scheme after receiving notification of changes will automatically of accepted these changes.
5. Affiliates are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the supplied iframe and images for the purpose of generating product sales. Holidays Abroad reserves the rights to all our trademarks, images and intellectual property and the right to terminate the affiliate scheme at anytime for any infringement. In circumstances of any such infringement Holidays Aboard will provide termination notice of 15 DAYS expect all references, links and images of Holidays Abroad to be fully removed. Only when the affiliate has completed this to the satisfaction of Holidays Abroad will the affiliate receive outstanding commissions.

Affiliates

1. The Affiliate will be responsible for and hereby indemnify Holidays Abroad and all its directors against any and all claims, liabilities or actions due to the affiliate breaching the terms of this agreement by the affiliate or any of its employees.
2. This agreement is between the Affiliate and Holidays Abroad and cannot be assigned to anyone else.
3. Affiliates are solely responsible for the Affiliates chosen website including maintenance and content. All affiliates will ensure that they operate fully within the law of their country. Holidays Abroad will not accept any liability for any claims from third parties and you agree to indemnify Holidays Abroad from any such claim or expenses from privacy, trademarks or any other such claims.
4. There are no express or implied warranties with the affiliate scheme or any products sold. Holidays Abroad does not guarantee the operation of the website providing the products nor does it guarantee error free use and as such cannot be held liable for any such errors.
5. Holidays Abroad cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from loss of data or profits. Holidays Abroad's maximum liability will not exceed the value of the commission.

JURISDICTION

All disputes will be independently arbitrated under English in the United Kingdom.
