INTRODUCTION

These are the terms and conditions for travel agent partners of holidays-abroad.com.

A Travel Agent partner will market Holidays Abroad products through their sales channels in return for each subsequent booking will receive a commission from Holidays Abroad in accordance to the following terms and conditions.

SIGNING UP

  1. You must complete the Partners application form on the Holidays Abroad website. We will notify you via email of our decision within 24 hours in normal working days. We reserve the right to reject or accept anyone on any grounds.
  2. If you are accepted you will be notified via email and you are authorised to market and sell our products through your retail outlets.

DURATION

  1. An initial duration of one year from the date of receiving your Agents username and password for the scheme. This can be terminated at anytime by either party with a termination notice period of 15 days.

DUTIES

Holidays Abroad

  1. Holidays Abroad will provide you with a username and password to access our Agent system for reservations,  activity and bookings reports.
  2. You will either have access to our nett rates system.
  3. Multiple user names can be assigned for the same travel agent.
  4. Net Rates. Some Agents benefit from Nett rates. This allows the agent to quote their own price and collect payment directly.
  5. Nett payments from agents to Holidays Abroad must be received 1 month before arrival date.
  6. For Nett rate bookings with arrival dates within the next two weeks Holidays Abroad will require an agents credit card. The credit card will be charged at the booked nett rate and a surcharge of 2% will be added.
  7. Holidays Abroad reserves the right to refuse or set credit levels for agents at their discretion.
  8. All bookings are subject to our detailed terms and conditions for bookings and to our SOP standard Operating Procedures. Holidays Abroad reserves the right to change policies and procedures at any time and notify all Agents of such changes through email. All Agents continuing with the scheme after receiving notification of changes will automatically have accepted these changes.
  9. Holidays Abroad will immediately cancel a booking if payment has not been received 1 month  before arrival.

Agents

  1. The Agents will be responsible for and hereby indemnify Holidays Abroad and all its directors against any and all claims, liabilities or actions due to the Agent breaching the terms of this agreement by the Agent or any of its employees.
  2. This agreement is between the Agent and Holidays Abroad and cannot be assigned to anyone else.
  3. All Agents will ensure that they operate fully within the law of their country. Holidays Abroad will not accept any liability for any claims from third parties and you agree to indemnify Holidays Abroad from any such claim or expenses from privacy, trademarks or any other such claims.
  4. There are no express or implied warranties with the Agent system or any products sold. Holidays Abroad does not guarantee the operation of the website providing the products nor does it guarantee error free use and as such cannot be held liable for any such errors..
  5. Holidays Abroad cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from loss of data or profits. Holidays Abroad's maximum liability will not exceed the value of the commission.
  6. Agents using the net rate facility will not charge more than 30% of the net rate from Holidays Abroad. This is to stop the client paying more than the accommodations rack rate.

JURISDICTION

All disputes will independently arbitrated under English in the United Kingdom
