BOOKING
BOOKING
Terms and Conditions apply to all Parties.
All Credit / Debit Card Bookings protected by Barclay Card Merchant Services. All payments are taken using our 128bit fully encrypted Secure Server with a $1,000,000 guarantee. Click here for details.
IMMEDIATE availability means the reservation can be made online. You will then receive an email of the booking confirmation. Please take to the resort.
ON REQUEST means you will submit an email or telephone our reservations department who will confirm availability and price.
- CONFIRMING BOOKINGS
To make a booking you must be at least 18 years of age.You will receive an instant online booking form. Holidays-abroad.com always double checks availability with the hotel before taking payment. Bookings will be confirmed via email only when payment has been received. You will then receive a confirmation email. This will specify your booking reference no and accommodation details. Please check the details carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
PLEASE PRINT OFF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL & TAKE TO THE HOTEL.
- PRICING DETAILS
Holidays Abroad makes every attempt at ensuring details and prices are accurate at the time of site updates, however Holidays Abroad cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in prices or in details. All prices and details will be confirmed at time of enquiry. Prices for the Balearics exclude eco tax. The price quoted on the confirmation will not change. However in the rare circumstances where it is obvious to both parties that
the price is incorrect due to data entry or system errors
Holidays-Abroad.com Ltd will offer the accommodation at the contracted rate
Holidays-Abroad.com Ltd has with the hotel concerned as compensation for
the inconvenience. It will not be liable for any other compensation.
- The Euro price is a guide only. Your bank or credit / debit card provider may charge you a different exchange rate.
ALL EXCAHANGE RATES ARE DEALT WITH BY XE.COM. A QUOTATION GIVEN IN EUROS IS SUBJECT TO THE LIVE PRICE GIVEN AT THAT TIME OF QUOTATION BY XE.COM
- PAYMENT
All payments should be made by credit card , Mastercard, Visa, Debit, UK Delta, UK electron, Classic Gold, UK Maestro, Coporate Mastercards , Switch and Solo.

3. SWITCH / SOLO
The booking confirmation and this contract will be cancelled and invalid if Holidays-abroad.com ltd has not received payment for a booking. For the avoidance of doubt this means Holidays-abroad.com Ltd receiving actual funds NOT just credit / debit card details.
- CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be in writing or email, clearly stating the booking reference number and name of client. Each product will have a specific cancellation policy, which is available on request and provided at time of booking. In situations where there exists no specific cancellation
policy, OUR generic policy will be enforced:
Outside 3 weeks (21 days) of departure.
Cancelled Booking. £25/35e per booking.
Amendments £15/20e per booking.
Inside 3 weeks (21 days) of departure.
Cancelled Booking. £50 per booking.
Amendments. £15 per booking.
Inside 1 week (7 days) of departure.
Cancelled Booking. Loss of full payment.
Amendments £15 per booking.
REFUNDS. If the client has arrived in a resort and has not notified Holidays-abroad.com Ltd of any material problems in writing during their stay then the client waives all rights to any future claim for compensation or refund. For the avoidance of doubt any client leaving a resort and moving to another resort without notifying Holidays-abroad.com will lose their right to any compensation or refund and Holidays-abroad.com Ltd will not be liable for any third party costs.
- LIMITED LIABILITY
Holidays-abroad.com Ltd acts as a booking agent only. Neither we nor the accommodation provider can accept responsibility for any injury, illness or death unless caused by our own or the accommodation provider's proven fault. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be brought against the proprietor of the accommodation concerned and not against Holidays-abroad.com Ltd It will be subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated. Neither we nor the accommodation provider can accept
responsibility for any damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions, interruption or failure of a utility service or the acts of any local or national government.
The maximum liability for any booking by any client will only be the value of the booking. For the avoidance of doubt this explicity excludes the cost flights, transfers or any other expenditure incurred.
- GENERAL
Please ensure you have the following:

- Confirmation details
- Local health and safety regulations.
- Travel Insurance.
- ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTIONS
Star ratings
Star ratings are used to grade the overall quality and level of standards of each hotel or apartment. They range from 2 star, where you can expect basic accommodation with limited facilities, to 5 star accommodation which should have a full range of facilities of the highest standards.
Where available the official rating of each hotel or apartment is shown within the hotel descriptions.
Room types
The room types are:
- Single room: one single bed.
- Twin room: two single beds.
- Double room: one double bed. Additional ones available on request
- Studios: Up to Three people normally kitchenettes
- 1 bedroom apartments: two people in the bedroom and an additional one or two people in the living room.
- 2 bedroom apartments: As for the one bedroom apartments, but with an additional two people in the extra bedroom.
- 3 bedroom apartments: As for the two bedroom apartments, but with an additional two people in the extra bedroom.
- Suites: a junior suite typically comprises a larger room with a luxury area whilst a suite has a separate bedroom and living room.
